PHOSPHATIDYLCHOLINE (PC) is a type of phospholipid. It is has traditionally been used to support brain health, memory and cognitive function, but can also support liver function and keep cholesterol levels in check. Phosphatidylcholine has also been used for the treatment of fatty liver.
